Web WhatsApp, coming into it's own

Recently with all the working from home and communication becoming more remote, well socially people are using WhatsApp more than normal. This can be a bit of a problem sometimes to keep having to stop and pick the phone up to reply etc.

However this is where I have gone back to Web WhatsApp. This has come into its own now and has made it so much easier. With a quick switch of browser tabs, you can easily start a new conversation or reply to a message, and because I can type so much faster on a normal full size keyboard its actually quicker.

A plus note is the pictures are all blurred so should I be sent something, shall we say less appropriate for younger eyes, they will not see this if I flick over to a couple of group chats with friends.

Now a get a simple chime, and I can see the message count on the tab.

All you need to do is go to https://web.whatsapp.com then go into the app on your phone, Settings, WhatsApp Web/Desktop and scan the QR Code, then boom you are connected.

So much better when working from home, plus you haven’t got to pick your phone up as much. You can always disconnect your phone so this is not linked any more if you have things you don’t want to share with others!, just go back into settings and choose logout from all devices. Currently if I go to that site in a browser it will load straight away.

You can still add picture, search for a GIF to send as well, it’s got all the features, you can still forward your messages etc (Need the Keyboard shortcut for that)
