Use Windows Functions keys on a Mac

I have been using Microsoft Remote Desktop on my Mac for ages now, as it happened yesterday I had to use the Function keys for something I was doing on a remote machine.

You can still easily use your mac keyboard to pass the Windows function keys.  To use them, following the key strokes below

Fn + Command +F key

Once you hold down Fn and Command on your apple keyboard you can then pass through as if on a windows keyboard.
