So is this the final decision on Huawei?

So the on-going decision on whether or not to use Huawei may be decided soon as the government has now received a report on the Chinese company from GCHQ’s National Cyber Security Centre. It appears they can’t say for sure it’s safe because of US sanctions. This is because the US has imposed fresh sanctions that forbids them and third parties that make its chips from using any kind of US technology.

America is still adamant that it’s backed by the Chinese government.

Originally the UK had banned them, but then allowed them back in in a small way, limiting it’s involvement in certain limited networks, this was excluded from 5G.

Personally it would to have this decided once and for all.
