Butlins have been hacked

Butlins have said that customer records have been compromised, they are saying up to 34.000 records may of been stolen.

It is personal information, name, address, contact details and arrival dates etc.  They have put up a dedicated web page with details.  They also have a dedicated team to respond to questions.  They have said no financial details have been taken.

The "hackers" gained access via a Phishing email scam which an employee opened.

If you have been a customer then be on the lookout for potential dodgy emails from them.
