I was reading this on the BBC Website (link to full article). Because of the vague nature of their new charges they are allowing people early exit to their contracts.
They sent a text to their customers saying about using the services in 60 countries for a £6 flat fee, however if you even sent one text that would be £6.
Ofcom said it was not clear, so they have got involved, does this affect you?
