Today Sony have announced that Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) has started to roll out on the Xperia arc and PLAY.
This will have many optimizations and improvements as well as some fixes, the main ones of note are:
- Battery performance
- General software stability
- Wi-Fi stability
- HD Video recording performance (Xperia arc)
- Touch responsiveness
