This is my review of the service Zipjet. First off a bit of what they are, as they say it best

My experience was mixed. I wanted to try this service as the dry cleaners near where I live have shutdown, and the one near my office is crap and dodgy. I downloaded the app and to order a pickup of my clothes was nice and simple, but this is when it started to get a little less of a good experience. I needed the clothes picked up for a certain time and day, there were the slots available but they were a little too close for comfort in case of delays etc. I emailed the customer services, explained I was a first time customer, is there anything they could do to ensure the pickup was an early one in the time slot, or anything else to help accommodate this. The only option they came back with is yes we can help narrow the window down for a small fee.
OK I paid the money, would of thought they might of offered to help a bit more, new customer etc, but I needed this so I paid. Not 2 minutes after I paid for the more precise pickup I got an email to say its busy in my location so the drive may not make it in the allocated time slot!!, happy enough to take the money but not to guarantee a pick up for which you pay extra for. When the driver arrived I got a message to say he's here, I dropped my stuff down, for the driver to then say can I get down quicker next time (Lift ride down 3 floors) as its busy and he doesn't want to be hanging around.
My clothes arrived 2 days later, very clean good job done here, then I got the bill. It was more than I was quoted, 2 suits £20, I was charged £28. The reason being was one of them was a dinner suit, this may be more but the pricing was NOT clear on the site, it just says any 2 suits £20. This is where the service got worse. When I emailed customer services about all the issues, all I got back in response was "That seems strange as we have 97% punctuality for deliveries and pickups" It seems all too automated and not real, as all the other comments and feedback was ignored.
Even when I was sent a feedback form and sent the same comments, it was the same response, it seemed like only the pick-up and drop offs were important, the customer service is awful.
Will I use them again, possibly if I am in no rush then perhaps, yes the convenience is excellent that they can pick it up from you and drop it off, but I'm not convinced at the customer service. I may try one of the other services like Laundrapp first and compare.
