So over the last week I have been working on a great workflow to help me out processing meeting notes and actions from meetings, calls or just simple braindumps.
Using a mixture of these apps mentioned as well as Pythonista and Zapier I am able to with a couple of actions I can convert the text, copy this to drafts then process and store the notes into a calendar in Notion, I can then extract all the actions for myself and add them to the to-do list (Master Task Database) in Notion so I can have them in the Inbox ready for me to work through them when it suits me.
Plus I have all the meeting notes stored should I ever have to refer back to them. I can then link pages to these and can easily search them when needed.
This has already saved me so much time, as normally I go through the notes, and extract the actions and I used to type out some of the notes etc into the calendar.
Over the next couple of weeks I will document the process and all the steps and scripts etc
