Starting to look at and like Notion

I have been using Notion for a short while now and I have been enjoying this so far. There are many comparisons with Notion and Evernote but they are quite different.

Notion seems more to be like a personal Wiki, there are many different ways you can use this. It seems very powerful, and there are many ways you can use this, seems very powerful but I feel there is quite a steep learning curve on this app.

There are some limitations on Notion, the free version that is, it has a 1000 block limit. This is used up quite quickly as for example every row in a table is a block use, so I was using a table to track a decommission project and used up a couple of hundred blocks very easily. Another way to easily use up blocks is calendar entries. Each one is a block so again you can easily go through your limit.

I like this application for checklists, especially on the mobile versions, great on the iPhone for checklists. I think I will use this more, and I will continue to find some use cases for this app.

I can’t see this replacing Evernote for me but it is starting to grow on me.

Any good use cases for Notion?
