A nice new feature on the latest versions of iOS is some helpful advice on saving some space if you are running short.
It now shows how much space you could save uninstalling unused apps, also if you delete old messages from over a year ago.

I have pages of apps on my phone and iPad, as you can see I won’t save that much space but I will remove them as I never use them, to be honest on both devices I probably only ever use about a dozen apps, the rest just sit on there doing nothing.
From looking it is surprising how much space is taken up from messages plus the sheer amount of media stored in WhatsApp.
Any other tips for saving space on devices, is there an Android equivilent please comment below
