Today I had to help someone who had just got a new PC at work, when they tried to load puttycm.exe they kept getting a windows exception error. The code was 0xc0000135.
To get this working, puttycm, as its a C# application needs to have the Microsoft .Net framework 2.0 in order for this to work.
So if you ever run across this porblem you need to install that first.
