Today my son was doing his homework and he needed to include the Pi Symbol as well as some others.

On the Mac it is very simple to add the Pi Symbol, all you need to do is hold down the option key and press P. 

As you can see it’s in the title of the post, this can also easily be acheived on the iPad.  If you are using the keyboard case like I am now, it’s the same keyboard combination.
